Self-Esteem

+ Confidence

I understand that you’ve been avoiding challenges in your life because you are afraid of failing. You may be seeking validation from others to feel better about yourself. However, you deserve to feel confident in your own skin and live a life that is not controlled by negative self-talk.

I am here to assist you in breaking free from feeling inferior and help you live a more fulfilling life. Through our therapy sessions, we will work together to improve your self-worth, overcome negative self-assessments, and build trust in yourself. You will gain more confidence and purpose in your life, and feel less insecure along the way.

Anxiety + Stress

As someone who works hard at a demanding job, manages day-to-day responsibilities, and strives to be there for others, you may find yourself yearning for a break to unwind and have fun. However, struggling with anxiety and stress can prevent you from taking a break and finding relaxation, which you desperately need.

My goal is to assist you in living a fulfilling life that does not exhaust you. Through our therapy sessions, we will work together to help you gain insight, break free from self-destructive patterns of thinking, and develop a toolbox of useful stress management strategies and coping tools to reduce anxiety. This will ultimately help you live a less overwhelming and more focused life.

Introverts + Relationships

After a long day in a crowded and fast-paced environment, you may feel exhausted and in need of some solitude to recharge. Often, you might find yourself comparing your introverted nature to that of your extroverted peers, feeling as though you have to keep up with them to be accepted. Saying no or setting boundaries might seem difficult which, and may even trigger feelings of guilt. You may simply want to accept and understand yourself better as an introvert, especially in a society that often rewards extroverted behavior.

I would like to help you learn how to manage your energy levels and build healthy relationships with others in your life. Through our work together in therapy, you can receive introvert support that increases positive self-identity and breaks free from unauthentic behaviors. By building trust with yourself, you will be able to live with less hesitation, resolve relationship issues, and feel more confident when entering both new and familiar environments.
