Therapy services in Texas for self-esteem, anxiety & introverts
Online sessions for adult women & People of color in texas
You are experiencing issues with self-esteem, anxiety, or introversion and are seeking help in the state of Texas. You have been hesitant to seek help due to the stigma surrounding mental health, but have come to the realization that talking with friends and family is not enough. You understand that seeking help is essential for your well-being. You are now ready to take the first step towards building your confidence, reducing your anxiety, managing your stress, or receiving introvert support.
If you are currently living in Texas and struggling to find access to mental health care, you are not alone. Unfortunately, Texas falls behind many other states in the U.S. in terms of providing funding for mental health services, making it challenging for residents to get the care they need. To address this need, I have obtained a license to provide specialized mental health services exclusively to residents of Texas.
Fitzpatrick Therapy aims to positively impact the lives of fellow Texans.
As the need for mental health support grows in Texas, I hope to be one of the many professionals helping to fill in the gaps for those struggling with mental health concerns such as low self-esteem, confidence issues, anxiety, stress, and introversion concerns. I want to help you along the way to receive the healing you desire.

questions you may have
-
I work best with individuals who are ready to do a deep dive into the healing process. I encourage practicing modality techniques, coping tools, and role play during the session and encourage homework assignments outside of the session for follow-up during the next session with me.
If you are serious about committing to your scheduled sessions and putting in the necessary work to bring about actual change, I am the perfect fit for you.

Each person I meet with is a unique individual; therefore, I strive to provide personalized care. My goal is to have you meet your personal goals and thrive in your life in the most reasonable and achievable timeframe possible.
I typically determine, along with my client’s collaboration, the best course of action to meet your unique goals together following our initial session. However, session frequency averages about once a week to biweekly.
Even though I strive to help my clients achieve their immediate goals as soon as possible, I am also available for clients who would like a long-term therapeutic relationship as well. The amount of time for long-term therapy depends on the level of support you’re looking for and how deep you want to go in therapy.
Please note for long-term therapy, self-pay clients are most likely to receive, as insurance companies may limit or not approve longer lengths of time.
