Fitzpatrick Therapy helps you do 3 things:
-
We’ll spend the first few sessions talking about your past experiences and present struggles to understand what has led you to this point in your life. From there, we’ll discuss what you hope to take away from our work together. This is important to identify your desired goals.
-
Over the course of therapy, we’ll uncover and challenge the areas you find are holding you back from being fulling authentic in spaces without the need to apologize for who you are. We’ll work on establishing healthy boundaries with others and invest in those relationships most close to you. We’ll work on communicating your needs and develop strategies to honor your alone time. You’ll have a clearer sense of your strengths that stretch you and protect your energy that will help to maintain this new found self-acceptance..
-
When you’ve achieved all your desired goals and you feel ready, you’ll be able to feel armed with the tools you need. Tools to nurture and accept how God made you. Tools to reflect and reconnect with yourself in a way that you haven’t before to rediscover your inner abilities and insightfulness to grow and thrive.

Introversion is a basic personality style that sits on a continuum at the opposite end of extroversion. It is characterized based on a preference for the inner life of the mind over the outer world of other people. Introverts tend to seek less stimulation and energize in reflection. Introverts appreciate the process of thinking through things before speaking, can be very independent, anv alue deep experiences in life. Some people associate shyness to introverts but this is not always the case. Introverts typically draw their energy from within; therefore, frequently crave quiet time to refuel. Introverts avoid being the center of attention and value meaningful 1:1 connections.

I work best with individuals who are ready to do a deep dive into the healing process. I encourage practicing modality techniques, coping tools, and role play during the session and encourage homework assignments outside of the session for follow-up during the next session with me.
If you are serious about committing to your scheduled sessions and putting in the necessary work to bring about actual change, I am the perfect fit for you.

Each person I meet with is a unique individual; therefore, I strive to provide personalized care. My goal is to have you meet your personal goals and thrive in your life in the most reasonable and achievable timeframe possible.
I typically determine, along with my client’s collaboration, the best course of action to meet your unique goals together following our initial session. However, session frequency averages about once a week to biweekly.
Even though I strive to help my clients achieve their immediate goals as soon as possible, I am also available for clients who would like a long-term therapeutic relationship as well. The amount of time for long-term therapy depends on the level of support you’re looking for and how deep you want to go in therapy.
Please note for long-term therapy, self-pay clients are most likely to receive, as insurance companies may limit or not approve longer lengths of time.
