Self-esteem and confidence therapy can help you with…

  • Understanding how the way you think and behave influences your overall mood.

  • Overcoming negative self-talk patterns.

  • Understanding your triggers that are leading to feelings of low self-worth and a lack of confidence.

  • Identifying symptoms you are experiencing to prevent or manage depression.

I firmly believe that you are not broken and do not need fixing. Instead, it is about relearning who you are, rediscovering your worth, and owning the fact that you deserve to thrive. This mindset can make a significant difference in your life. I’ll help you through this process by tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances.

Fitzpatrick Therapy helps you do 3 things:

  • We’ll start our first few sessions by getting to know each other better. We can talk about your past experiences and current struggles to understand how you got to this point in your life. After that, we can discuss what you hope to achieve from our work together. It's important to identify your desired goals so we can create a plan that works best for you.

  • During the therapy sessions, our main goal will be to identify and challenge the negative self-talk that you have and replace them with more positive thoughts. We will work together to develop new coping mechanisms that will help you deal with situations that are beyond your control. By the end of the therapy, you will have a better understanding of what practices work best for you and how to set healthy boundaries with yourself and others. This newfound sense of self-assurance will help you lead a more empowered and fulfilling life.

  • When you have accomplished all of your desired goals and feel prepared, you will possess the tools necessary to nurture your God-given authentic self and meet your personal needs without any guilt or shame. You will have the ability to reconnect with yourself in a way that you have not previously experienced so that you may rediscover your unique qualities, which cannot be compared with anyone else.

questions you may have

  • Low self-esteem is related to one’s mental state. Many people who struggle with low self-esteem feel inadequate, incompetent, or unworthy. Often people have negative thoughts about themselves or can be self-critical. Additional signs may be sensitive to criticism, easily become defensive, depression, and preoccupied with negative or weak aspects of themselves.

  • I work best with individuals who are ready to do a deep dive into the healing process. I encourage practicing modality techniques, coping tools, and role play during the session and encourage homework assignments outside of the session for follow-up during the next session with me.

If you are serious about committing to your scheduled sessions and putting in the necessary work to bring about actual change, I am the perfect fit for you.

  • Each person I meet with is a unique individual; therefore, I strive to provide personalized care. My goal is to have you meet your personal goals and thrive in your life in the most reasonable and achievable timeframe possible.

I typically determine, along with my client’s collaboration, the best course of action to meet your unique goals together following our initial session. However, session frequency averages about once a week to biweekly.

Even though I strive to help my clients achieve their immediate goals as soon as possible, I am also available for clients who would like a long-term therapeutic relationship as well. The amount of time for long-term therapy depends on the level of support you’re looking for and how deep you want to go in therapy.

Please note for long-term therapy, self-pay clients are most likely to receive, as insurance companies may limit or not approve longer lengths of time.

  • Let's connect for a free 15-minute call to get all your questions answered. On this call, you can share your expectations, and we can determine if we are the perfect match for each other. With my expertise and your willingness to do the work, we can achieve great outcomes together. Lastly, I'll guide you through the next steps to get started.

Low self-esteem and confidence don’t have to be your story. It’s time to reclaim your SELF-WORTH.
