Hello, my name is Angela and I offer a holistic approach to therapy in the state of Texas. I help women and people of color in Texas rebuild their confidence and rediscover their power. I believe in collaborating with my clients to empower them to create meaningful change. I do this by using an integrative model that addresses my client’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Through compassionate online therapy, my clients gain the confidence to present their true selves in various aspects of their lives. They also walk away with new ways to cope with self-esteem, anxiety and introversion.

As a client, I don't position myself as the expert of your life. Rather, I bring a space to hold for you to process your experiences, explore new perspectives, receive support, and collaborate on a plan to tackle whatever life throws at you. I understand what it takes to reach out for help; it can be hard to start. If you are ready to make that first step, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing.
